I've been with them a couple of years. Extremely friendly. Always greets you by your name if you rent a box there.
Me and my boyfriend usually stop by the First Watch right next door for breakfast. We were on our way to run some errands, which included dropping off a package to USPS, when we spotted the Postal Annex banner advertising they shipped with USPS. We decided to stop by out of convenience. I didn’t get his name, but the employee immediately greeted us with a bright and cheery attitude.
