The annex by HeB is so much better than the UPS store. Owner is so friendly and helpful. As a small business owner, I ship frequently and the prices are great but the service is exceptional. I get all of my documents notarized easily and there is hardly ever a line. So glad I found this place!

Exceptional customer service, especially from the owner. He went above and beyond to pack and ship a difficult and fragile set of packages for me and everything arrived in perfect condition. This is the only place I'll ship packages from because the quality and service are exceptional. They always find the best rate, and I love that they can compare USPS, UPS, and FEDEX prices/shipping times.
