She wasn't quite rude, but she certainly wasn't nice. I'm accustomed to being able to go and pick up mailer boxes for priority mail, but it was almost like she didn't want to give one to me.

Put a review on here and they deleted it! I’Ve went to this exact location several times to send my husband his monthly packages. They went from charging me 50 bucks to 70 bucks in a matter of a few weeks. When I asked the cashier why I was being charged 20 more this time the girl said we can talk about it the next time you come in. She was trying to get rid of me because she had a line If the post office only charges 50 a box why would I return to this place to be ripped off again. They collect a surcharge for stamps without informing the customer beforehand. Unfortunately my daughter bought them for me and didn’t know the price of a stamp. No price or receipt was offered, my daughter was automatically charged on her debit card. It should cost $29.20 for 40, my daughter was charged $41.

This location is never reliable. There is no signage on the window of what time they open and close. Her hours on Google are wrong. This is the 3rd time I have tried to come here at 9AM to drop off a package. One time I even told her about this issue and she told me that she is open at 9AM. I’m out here in my car, NO ONE IS INSIDE. The light is off inside and the “open” sign. Not the best way to run your business. Oh, and there’s someone else waiting outside for their services.
