I visited to inquire about shipping rates to Mongolia and the lady at the counter told me the address I have provided is incorrect. I literally showed her the address on google but she clearly didn’t know what she was doing. And then says to call the person and verify, when I said she might be asleep, this lady says wake her up, they should know to be awake at this time. That was quite disrespectful in my opinion so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Highly recommend this place if you need fingerprints done! There was an issue with my results, and the lady who works there called me every day for a week and did everything she could to help me get the issue fixed! I appreciate her going above and beyond to help me.

I called them 4 times once a week for a pick up I don't know what's going on but they never came I called them to see about a pickup the just passed my to the next person the first person ask for confirmation number I told him let me get it he said I didn't need it then put me on hold the next person said she couldn't help me without my conformation number.Victor I'm use some phone

She wasn't quite rude, but she certainly wasn't nice. I'm accustomed to being able to go and pick up mailer boxes for priority mail, but it was almost like she didn't want to give one to me.
