I have used postal annex for purchasing boxes, dropping off returns, notary, copying and most recently help with returning computer equipment that was very challenging to pack. I have had wonderful experiences with each encounter and appreciate the personal service. I have found them to go above and beyond in customer service. Highly recommend this neighborhood business.
I recently visited this PostalAnnex for a notary service, and I couldn't be more impressed. The process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The staff member who assisted me was professional, knowledgeable about the documentation requirements, and made sure everything was executed perfectly. It’s a relief to have such a reliable and friendly one-stop shop in Bedford for legal witness needs and shipping. Highly recommended if you need a document notarized quickly and correctly!

DO NOT GO HERE. They charged my mom $30 for a package that should have cost $14 to send. They sent it via USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE during the holidays, when with a small flat rate box it could have been sent USPS PRIORITY. They told her it would take 2-8 days, even though GROUND ADVANTAGE takes a max of 5 days, so this third party is just holding your package for 3 days and keeping $15 for no reason.
