Terrible; don't use for DHL pick up. My first experience at Postal Annex to ship a DHL package was dicey. They didn't act like they had any idea how to handles the customs form and labels I had printed for them. The second time the person seemed more experienced, but was flat out rude and unpleasant. The third time was the worst, and will be my last. I dropped off a package for DHL (with shipping label and customs forms) on 10-04. They have the best customer service! They are the best!!
Great Customer service. Won an item on Hibid and they handled the shipping well. Took the extra effort to help save cost on shipping and insure the safety of the item. Would Recommend.
My experience with Postal Annex Edmond, owned by Greg Wortham, has been a nightmare.
