Convenient location and great customer service!
Terrible; don't use for DHL pick up. My first experience at Postal Annex to ship a DHL package was dicey. They didn't act like they had any idea how to handles the customs form and labels I had printed for them. The second time the person seemed more experienced, but was flat out rude and unpleasant. The third time was the worst, and will be my last. I dropped off a package for DHL (with shipping label and customs forms) on 10-04. By 10-10, I hadn't heard from the recipient so I checked tracking and it wasn't even in the sys... read more
