The employees at PostalAnnex are extremely kind and professional and their shipping establishment is incredibly clean and has a lot to offer for additional things to send to loved ones. Their greeting cards are beautiful and I will definitely be back! Huge plus to be open on Saturday!!!

Stopped by to open a mailbox and walked into a completely empty store. The woman behind the counter, who was just basically standing there staring at the clock, said I couldn’t because it would take about 15 minutes and they close in eight. Wow. If this is the kind of customer service you offer, I’m glad I know now before opening a box here. I’ll be taking my business to the UPS store.
