Do not ship anything with these people if it can break or is important to you. I had my grandmother's China sent to Germany for $652.00, and only 4 pieces arrived unbroken. It was shattered into hundreds of pieces. I have been crying for 2 hours. I never expected every single piece to arrive unbroken, but there were over 60 pieces (and 44 pounds), and it is completely irreparable. My husband said it was the most unprofessional packing job he has ever seen, and he worked for UPS when he was young. So BEWARE, people. Beware.

I asked to purchase the big bags of packing peanuts on the shelf and i was denied. Needing them for emergency light fixture move. And the lady was rude enough to explain why they were not for sell.
