My wife and I are small business owners that are frequently shipping items using the big three package carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Update 1: Check out the image for the response from the owner. They'll treat anybody poorly. She didn't know the rules for notarizing docs. She failed to have an adequate reference for verification. She called her hotline and because they weren't in the office, she essentially kicked me out. Lady. You want an easy paycheck or do you want to run a business? Worst service ever. The employee refused to end a personal call (cell phone) to help me with my postage needs. After waiting for over 10 minutes he still refused to end the personal call & demanded i leave the premises.
