Here is my story. I had 2 small Amazon returns (but only one in the original UPS box). The overworked (and grouchy) UPS store owner on Hollenbeck refused the one without the original UPS box, and mentioned they don't get compensated on this (as if I care). Then the Postal Annex (at Homestead) put that remaining small package in a UPS envelope, smiled and shipped without a problem (and I know they don't get compensated either). What a difference in attitude and in the service. Thanks, Postal Annex.

What a wonderful experience!! They’re so accommodating and knew exactly what we needed. They took their time explaining the process and answered all our questions. The process was easy and the cost was reasonable.

The owner is super racist, and she delivers boxes, she only talk to people who semm to be in on good position standing, she want me to do her job for her, she would never go to that place again, she is Mrs. Racist.
