I went here to mail a few things and accidentally left my backpack behind. I didn’t even realize it was missing until a few weeks later—but to my surprise, they still had it safe and sound when I went back. Really grateful for their honesty and care.

Here is my story. I had 2 small Amazon returns (but only one in the original UPS box). The overworked (and grouchy) UPS store owner on Hollenbeck refused the one without the original UPS box, and mentioned they don't get compensated on this (as if I care). Then the Postal Annex (at Homestead) put that remaining small package in a UPS envelope, smiled and shipped without a problem (and I know they don't get compensated either). What a difference in attitude and in the service. Thanks, Postal Annex.

What a wonderful experience!! They’re so accommodating and knew exactly what we needed. They took their time explaining the process and answered all our questions. The process was easy and the cost was reasonable.
