Highly suggest you do not drop your packages off here if you own a business. 7+ Days still no movement on over 8 packages I dropped off at this location. Hugh Disappoint and have to replace all the product. I am not in the business of writing negative reviews, but the amount of money I have lost as a small business owner over these packages not being picked up or whatever is going on there is a HUGE disappointment.

If you want to go to a place where the staff is smiling and friendly definitely make this your go-to hub for all your office & shipping needs. They make you feel like family there. It always feels great leaving with so many items crossed off my to-do list while having 100% confidence that my shipments will arrive. Amazing work TOM & staff!

Unfortunately, I was making a return and this lady was so extremely rude. Not sure why, but I see other customers have had the same experience. She definitely did not want to help me and was trying to send me somewhere else and then telling me that there will be a charge as to throw it in my face, but frankly, I am comfortable with a three dollar charge, to which I simply replied no problem. It almost ruined my day, but she will not be victorious in that. I don’t think she she can change who she is. Oh well, no big deal.

Wonderful! Never had a bad experience here. Sophia, Marlon and the rest of the employees are absolutely fantastic!! So willing to help when I’m in a hurry because I’m rushing to drop something off for the post office and Sophia is just so sweet. She kindly says, “take your time.” Hard to come across great customer service like this. I appreciate you all!! Thank you!

I am not sure if she one of the owners, but that lady who helped me was really really rude! I love to support local and small businesses, but I regretted buying in this store. I should have bought the items from another store. I will tell my friends, co-workers, neighbors, family and relatives my bad experience at this store (Postal Annex located at 31938 Temecula Pkwy).
