I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Postal Annex. I brought my package in for FedEx shipment, but they refused to give me a receipt. Now there's no valid tracking for my package. It feels like they are keeping packages to sell and profit for themselves. This place is clearly a scam! Do not trust these scammers with your packages. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I have already reported this to FedEx. Hopefully they'll be removed as a certified shipping for FedEx.
