I got a passport photo done here and the service was very fast and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this one.
My favorite place to ship things out. Somehow I never have to wait long and they give fabulous customer service!
They LOST my package containing expensive item sent via Fed Ex Ground. They do not care and will not accept blame. They never gave it to Fed Ex, so I can't even file a claim with Fed Ex. All they can say is "well it is not here". I will be taking them to small claims court. Not responsible. They are always too busy and things are chaotic.

Friendly staff, great service. Never have to wait. If you're new to Postal Annex, it's basically the services of US Post Office and Kinko's with the helpful, friendly attitude of a local business. The best service of any shipping store in the area.
