I suppose the shipping process is easy, but the customer service was horrible. I never write reviews but I feel the need to warn others - this was the rudest experience I've had with customer service EVER. The lady who helped me was extremely passive aggressive and rude for absolutely no reason. I came in a week prior to ask for a quote. We put in the box size and estimated weight (50 lbs) and it came out to $88, so obviously I'm thinking each box will be around that price. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at PostalAnnex! Cecelia is always so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of, whether I’m shipping a package or using other services. It’s clear she really cares about her customers, and that level of service is hard to find these days. I always leave knowing I was well taken care of.
