I mistakenly arrived a few minutes after they closed, but they still allowed me to fingerprint and even printed my documents for me when I had forgotten to bring physical copies. This was my first time going through this process and so I knew very little about it, and I very much appreciate them taking time to help me
This is a virtual, multi-tasking, surrogate notary public. After a 40-minute visit, my two-page document was void due to their strike marks, wrong name placements, and missing acknowledgement page. See photo of actual document reviewed by the recipient's legal department.
They never show up to work on time. I have attempted to ship items during their stated business hours, but they are constantly late to work….

Just dropping off package today.. I forgot to tape them, and they charge a dollar.. I asked them nicely if they can tape them since I forgot my wallet and phone in the gym.. they were nice enough to tape not just to seal them with one tape but to tape the whole corner of my box nicely to make sure it won’t be open when it goes in transit.. for a dollar I would pay that next time .. that’s customer service.. they have a very cleaned and organize store which is so nice.. you can walk in and out even with big boxes without hitt... read more
