This is by far the best place to go for any and all your shipping needs. The owner is amazing, as is the staff, but Shari an exceptional individual. She took the time to not only get me the best deal based on my needs, but she even helped me save some money by putting my package into a smaller, more economically friendly box. 5 stars all the way. I have gone here a few times because of the convenience, but will be taking my packages directly to the post office in the future. The employees always seem irritated about giving any sort of receipt for packages, and now have a new “policy” that says only the usps worker and scan in the packages when they pick it up. I dropped off a package on Friday (5 days ago), and it was never scanned in. When I went in yesterday to ask about it, they couldn’t give an answer as to why it wasn’t scanned. Best prices. Nicest support. Isabel is soooo nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I just came in less than 30 minutes before closing, but I get treated with respect, not rushed, and am supported to get all the help I need. Most places are not so friendly right near closing time. Every time I go in there, I always get the best customer service. Thank you. Also the prices are less than the corporate stores. Support local y’all!
