Unbelievable customer service. Ramen went above and beyond to made sure he takes care of my request.
I might've caught the person instore on a bad day. Never know what others are going through. Wasn't an unpleasant experience, just literally the most unhelpful. It's almost like she was doing everything possible to not want me to mail my items from that store. They're a store that specializes in sending out mail. I don't have any knowledge of what services each mail courier provides, and something that I imagine a POSTAL ANNEX should have to hand. First time here to mail a letter. The front desk staff answered my questions, but her tone and demeanor were dismissive and unwelcoming. I left feeling uncomfortable, far from what you expect in customer service. I won’t be returning.
