Terrible Service. By the way, on July the 21st I payed for Federal Express $24.81 to send a package to my granddaughter. Were 2 things, and surprisingly they stole 1 of them. It was a cute little Cute Plush Keychain decorative for my granddaughter stroller. She didn’t get it. Who’s responsible for this? I know one of the person that work there is very rude. She’s always with an attitude.
I had a fantastic experience at the PostalAnnex store! The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They helped me with everything from shipping a package to making copies and notarizing documents—all in one visit! What I really appreciated was their attention to detail and how they took the time to make sure everything was correct. I have a mail box at this location. Very friendly service.
I come here regularly. Typically everyone is professional and helpful. Today I was overcharged for an item and the clerk initially refused to charge me the price that the item was marked as. Finally, I convinced her to call her manager to honor the price that was on the item. They honored the price. Sadly, the clerk never apologized for the mistake or her initial denial of correcting the error.
This is probably one of the best places I’ve went to to get postage done to make a friend all the girls are great at the front desk. The owner is even better. Both brothers are very elegant about taking care of people’s business. I have several businesses and they personally attend to me to get my business handled right away And all my friends that are in business close by all go to them.
