This is probably one of the best places I’ve went to to get postage done to make a friend all the girls are great at the front desk. The owner is even better. Both brothers are very elegant about taking care of people’s business. I have several businesses and they personally attend to me to get my business handled right away And all my friends that are in business close by all go to them. Been coming to postal annex for a few years, I’ve been through 2 owner changes but the quality has seem to gone down with the newest owners. I only come now because it’s close to where I live but don’t plan on going again. To add on to my dissatisfaction the person who seemed to be the owner shamed his worker infront of me, didn’t seem professional, there’s a time and place for everything.

They have a sign claiming they offer notary services. I went there at opening, I was told that someone will be able to help me at 11:30, then it was 3:30pm, then they said 5pm. I did not go back for the 4th time. Young ladies behind the counter did not even feel proper to apologize for the inconvenience.
