Rude staff. Place is never open on time. Constant negative comments from the manager every time I pickup my mail. Don't care about your problems just want to pickup my mail.

I went to get my fingerprints done there and I never got the results back bc the lady who took my fingerprints did them wrong !!! What’s worse is that she knew they were wrong and tried to convince me that red still meant that they would be able to identify my fingerprints! Wrong! I had to go redo them at another postal annex and I got them back in a week ! 1 out of ten do not recommend !

I have no problem with the service. My biggest problem is that he cheated me. I arrived 15 minutes before closing coz I’m at dinner break from work and I needed to send FedEx 2 day envelope which cost me $34 at two other places. When he looked it up, it also showed on his screen to be the same amount. Then he goes…”hold on, you want it there Friday guaranteed right? It’s $45”.
