I go here frequently to ship my fedEx packages and I have had only positive things to say. Their prices are good and will have everything you need to ship a package to your destination. Everytime I enter its because I need a box or packing material and they are more than happy to pack a package for you.

I was sending a FedEx package today and had some problems. The lady who helped me was very nice, professional, helpful and warm. Very nice place!

They charged me $29.62 for two passport photos just because I asked them I need it for Schengen visa a different size(same paper and same program). I asked if they have cost sheet, they don’t and she tells me that they pay 7000 rent. What kind of justification is that? And her son is rude as well giving me an example that you buy at restaurants for the listed price, my point was same, show me the cost sheet of products they sell. I felt that they just manipulated the cost based on my urgency.

Waited 20 minutes. He tried to take my passport photo twice. Both times told him it was too close. Showed him the State Department website with a dozen good and bad examples. The upload instantly failed with the State Department website saying it was too close. He said they “can’t” take it farther out, like somehow their crappy digital camera can’t be turned sideways. In total spent 40 minutes in there, no passport photo.
