I have had issues with this Postal Annex location before, and unfortunately this was another disappointing experience. I came in to return a package, and the older male employee at the counter told me to take it to UPS because he either did not know how to process the return or did not want to assist me. Had a pre paid shipping label to mail an item. .99 to print it, which most places don't charge but whatever. Then, when I went to pay there was another charge for not having cash. Get out of here with this nickel and diming (literally) nonsense
AVOID NOTARY SERVICE FROM AVTAR SINGH MANN AT ALL COSTS! Completely incompetent and unprofessional. He made a critical error. Because of his negligence, the authorities rejected it, completely wasting our time and flushing $50 in fees straight down the toilet. When we went back to get his mistake fixed, instead of apologizing, he gave us attitude and refused to take full accountability for the trouble he had caused. Just got my daughter’s passport photos done. They were really good with her, and the pictures came out great.
Great place—they literally do everything. You can handle FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and USPS drop-offs all in one spot, plus mailbox services, notary, passport photos, shredding, office supplies, and shipping supplies. What really stood out was the customer service. They took care of me the whole time and were genuinely friendly and smiling.
