Very polite, friendly and professional.
My daughter went here.to get fingerprints for her job. Unfortunately the prints weren't taken properly so she had to go back. Upon return the employee/owner said that she would have to pay again since the DOJ charges them. However when I looked it up , there is a 1 time fee waiver if prints are taken incorrectly. Needless to day we will be going back but will not be paying.
I have been their customer for over 10 years and they have ALWAYS provided great customer service! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and very professional! It’s under new management now but I’m sure they’ll be such as friendly and knowledgeable as the former owners!
