I have been a long-time postal annex advocate. I thought it was the best store ever ever since my children were younger. This one in particular. But lately every time I go there it's not open when it says it's open and now I'm sitting right in front of it on the 2nd of January and a young lady has brought her son and their dog comes in at 9:50 goes through the doors and doesn't put the open sign on. This store was supposed to be open. So now I'm going to have to drive to the UPS store and get it done there. I mail off a lot ... read more

BEWARE, understand that they have postal services but they do not tell you up front they have an upcharge tacked onto the normal postage fee to mail a package. What should of cost me MAYBE 10 dollars they upcharged me to a total of 35 dollars. The box weighed 2 pounds and was a small flat rate priority usps box that could weigh up to 70 pounds for one flat rate. So if you don't want an upchrage convenience fee, go directly to the real post office. You have choices.
