Sandra has been great so far in helping me with a serious issue. I dropped off a package there for DHL a few days ago, but the tracking hasn't updated and DHL says they haven't received it. Sandra was great in looking around the store in case it was missed by the DHL person, but we couldn't find it. So the owner Tyler is looking at their security footage, so they can see if DHL picked it up or if something else happened to it.
