Sandra has been great so far in helping me with a serious issue. I dropped off a package there for DHL a few days ago, but the tracking hasn't updated and DHL says they haven't received it. Sandra was great in looking around the store in case it was missed by the DHL person, but we couldn't find it. So the owner Tyler is looking at their security footage, so they can see if DHL picked it up or if something else happened to it. I had a very difficult time at FedEx and some other printing stores, but was delighted to have a wonderful experience with Sylvia at this location. She went above and beyond to help me out with what I needed for an audition and I greatly appreciate her. She also had wonderful customer service skills and help me out with saving a file.
Always great friendly service
Needing to mail several packages internationally before flying home, and having limited hours at the post office on the weekend, I decided to try this store which closes later than the post office on Saturday's. They advertised using several carriers, which I thought might give me a chance to price shop among them. But after waiting at the desk for a good 20 minutes while the lone employee took passport photos for an entire family, I found out they couldn't help me at all.
