I had a very negative experience with this Postal Annex location. Over time, three of my debit cards went missing after being delivered there. In one instance, I obtained information from my bank that led me to believe my card may have been used without my authorization, which caused serious concerns about the security of my mail. I’ve had ongoing issues with this location and it’s becoming a problem. Mail that should have been delivered to my mailbox has gone missing. I don’t know if it wasn’t placed in the box or mishandled, but this is not something that should be happening when you’re paying for a mailbox service. On top of that, the notary service here has been unreliable. I was told they offer notary services, but when I came in, the employee was unprepared and didn’t have what was needed to complete the notarization. There have also been issues... read more
