I did my live scan here and the customer service was horrible Cissy helped me and was very condescending and disrespectful. She continued to make rude comments throughout because I had prepaid online which made her have to re input the information. I will never be returning, which is disappointing because I know the customer service in the past has been great.

I AM DONE SUFFERING AT USPS! I honestly cannot believe it took me almost 20 years to discover that places like this exist. The USPS near us has terrible reviews, and unfortunately, my own experiences there have usually matched them: long lines, employees chatting while customers wait, and a general feeling that nobody really wants to help you.
