As much as you try to avoid showing up near closing time, it happens. But when you arrive 10mins prior to closing and they are ‘unable’ to complete a simple service it’s dissapointing.
Takes forever to get the service!
I had a challenging item to pack — a large mobile screen with a long supporting pole — and couldn’t find any nearby shipping store that could handle it, not even the UPS Store. But PostalAnnex at Poway saved the day! Teri was absolutely awesome! 🙌 She took the time to understand the dimensions and fragility of the item, found the right packing materials, and wrapped it up securely and professionally. We came to make a copy of a fragile and old document ( onion skin paper). Karla was so patient and provider excellent service. Cissy and Denise were accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
