I never leave messages but you need to know DO NOT GO HERE!!! There are HORRIBLE! Charged $14 for priority mail, going to the same state and the package arrived over a WEEK later! No refunds just a sorry. What a MESS!!!! I would go here if you need your package to arrive!!!!

I love postal annex. Everytime I come in there, they service me right away and have great customer service. I love seeing their puppy in there too. They always have a smile on their faces!

I have my business mail box here. I must say these place is great. I feel 100% satisfied spending my money here. Its not cheap but worth every penny. Great staff and ownership!

Do not go here. Evelyn thinks shes entitled and will make u pay! She charged me for tape. Get real, will not be back.

Better than the post office – Kim and Cathy Peterson are welcoming, efficient and cheerful. They can quickly determine the fastest and cheapest shipping method for packages, and it's a pleasure to do business there. No sullen, resentful employees at Postal Annex, and almost never a line. I haven't been to a post office in three years -- sorry, USPS, but I'm afraid competition like this really makes you look bad.

AVOID.. – I went to this place to send two important time-sensitive bills, and the manager said he willput the postage afte I paid for it. and then a week later I receive the bills in my mail box returned due to NO POSTAGE. This idiot manager sent them without a postage. and now I am late on my due date and I have to pay a late fee. save yourself a headach and go to a reliable post office.

HORRIBLE MONEY HUNGRY OWNERS. – I don't do this to people but sometimes things have to be done in orderto warn others. The female owner is the Wife of a Former Retired U.S. Marine. She is phillipino and he is caucasian. During a visit at which time the location was relatively crowded I was trying to ship my husband his ATM card to IRAQ. very nice people, friendly staff – this location has had about 4 owners in the past three years. the new owner is a very nice korean lady who is always very professional. i ship things often using my own account number but she is very willing to accept even though she's not making any money. they have good packing supplies too.
