Don’t use this place for your passport renewal! It was a huge mistakes for me and my passport is lost in the mail. I have to go to the San Francisco passport agency to get a new passport. The people in agency shocked that I sent out my passport renewal using them. They told me that I should always use official USPS passport agent to renew or apply passport. Very efficient
I'm extremely upset and resentful about the agent’s way of providing service at 3277 S. White Rd, her name Kia. I tracked the package and saw that it had arrived, I could even see my package there, but the lady refused to give it to me, saying there was no suite number, even though I pleaded with her and told her I urgently needed that box!!!
Maha, Kia, Janice, and the little bros are amazing. They greet you with your first name and make you feel like family. I am in Sales and know what it takes when it comes to customer service and building relationships with your clientele. This is the reason that I am loyal to Postal Annex on White Rd. Even dogs are welcome as they are very much dog friendly people!
