Very efficient
I'm extremely upset and resentful about the agent’s way of providing service at 3277 S. White Rd, her name Kia. I tracked the package and saw that it had arrived, I could even see my package there, but the lady refused to give it to me, saying there was no suite number, even though I pleaded with her and told her I urgently needed that box!!!
Maha, Kia, Janice, and the little bros are amazing. They greet you with your first name and make you feel like family. I am in Sales and know what it takes when it comes to customer service and building relationships with your clientele. This is the reason that I am loyal to Postal Annex on White Rd. Even dogs are welcome as they are very much dog friendly people! Friendly and efficient
Very friendly, helpful staff. I love coming here. They been helping me with my packages since 2020. Out of all postal annex in the San Jose area, this is the best location.
