Drove out in a rain storm to mail a package just to see that the store is permanently closed. For future reference, please update your hours online so that my time isn’t wasted.

I had a really great experience here today with the owner! He was able to help me send my package off and made it super easy. The post office wouldn’t take my package without trying to sell me tape so I went here instead. After reading some reviews I am hoping it will get to where it needs to be!

Dropped off an irreplaceable package here that was scanned at the counter. The parcel was lost (tracking never showed updates even though it was scanned in front of me), so I called the location. I asked the owner, Imad, if they could maybe check the premises to see if maybe the parcel had been misplaced, but he adamantly refused any possibility that anything could have gone wrong at his location. Even though they are "authorized" drop-off points, if you drop off a package, they are not liable if it never reaches the mail carrier. Also confirmed with the regional managing office for PostalAnnex that they are not responsible for any packages that are lost. Def would not recommend dropping off packages here. The disclaimer is on their receipt if you drop off, attached is a picture of what that looks like.
