Great staff friendly always amazing experience definitely recommend coming here for all of your shipping needs.
this place has lost two of my packages. one was ups and the other usps, both return merchandise that never made it back to the retailer. they say they’re picked up every day by ups or usps but both times my items disappeared.
I went in to send a FedEx envelope and It took me nearly 30 minutes! The employee was extremely slow and was the only person working there at the time.
I really like this Postal Annex, Sherry helped me, she is really nice and very helpful. She took care of everything with my package in a timely manner. I would recommend this location, it's clean inside and really great customer service. Thank you Sherry for the great customer service
