friendly, helpful, efficient
It’s very annoying that you go to these establishments and there is no customer service. There’s no greeting when you come into their establishment and everybody speaks a language that you can’t understand and it’s OK to speak your language but when you have a customer who enters your establishment you should greet them and see how you can help them since they’ve come into your business and then after my transaction, there’s no thank you have a good day. Customer service is just not a common courtesy anymore I guess.
My favorite postal service place in Torrance. The workers are always so friendly and patient, they will literally cut down your boxes to make shipping cheaper for you. Totally recommend this postal annex
