Employees are nice. The owner is clueless. I no longer use this for all my business. Im showing her the same respect she showed me, which was zero. Go to the UPS store that is across the street, or Post Office that is 2 blocks away.

Told me over the phone they could do a digital passport photo. When I arrived 30 min. later, the same person said they could not, because the digital ones always get rejected by the US passport site. The employee was emphatic about this. Nevertheless one of the other employees said, right in front of me, "We can do the digital one anyway. It's up to her whether to accept it or not."
