I would like to provide detailed feedback regarding a recent experience at PostalAnnex, as what should have been a simple drop-off turned into nearly two weeks of confusion, rerouting, and unnecessary frustration. Easiest one star ever. Employees are wonderful when they stick around. They all leave because owner is a poor manager. Atleast thats what they tell me. But if you're in a hurry, its the best place to go because there is literally no one there ever. Truly deserve a zero star.
Employees are nice. The owner is clueless. I no longer use this for all my business. Im showing her the same respect she showed me, which was zero. Go to the UPS store that is across the street, or Post Office that is 2 blocks away.
