The ladies and gentlemen at the Postal Annex are beyond awesome! I use them for a variety of postal needs and they are so knowledgeable and patient. It is difficult to find good customer service these days, but the Postal Annex shines in this area!
If customer service were an Olympic sport, this place would have a trophy case and a parade. I’ve been coming here for years, and the professionalism never slips — not even on a Monday. If you ship or mail anything from this area, do yourself a favor and come witness actual customer service. The kind where people smile, know what they’re doing, and don’t act like you ruined their day by existing.
