This Postal Annex is great to with work, they are kind, professional and always go out of their way to help.
The one star review is basic for the owner; however my experience with his workers is totally frustrating to say the least. One legal document was shipped via UPS to Italy last Saturday to be delivered Tuesday and today Friday still not delivered due to the customs forms were incorrectly filled. I checked with the worker helping me , if everything was filled correctly , answer, yes yes…. Be Careful with agency filling all customs forms. Excellent service
I don't ship things very often nor do I leave reviews often but the service at this location was so exceptional, I had to leave a review. I came in with my grandmother to help her send some books to our family members. Naomi was not only extremely accommodating for the both of us, but offered us multiple pricing options to suit our needs. She (and everyone working there) was extremely patient and made our experience enjoyable. In the future, I will make sure to always come back here thanks to their amazing service.
