I believe this is a family owned business. The location is small but they have everything for shipping and printing services PLUS (notary, passport, mailbox and gifts) Mr. Ron is NOT a super sociable person, but he is efficient, accurate and professional, but rest of the team is very approachable and friendly. I go there from time to time for basic shipping services, the staff always makes sure to provide options for me for best rates and fast delivery service.
Ron and his employees are great tonwork with, and they are wrll trained. I trust them with all of my mail and shipping needs.
My go-to for notary and duplicate keys. The owner is super nice.
This Postal Annex is great to with work, they are kind, professional and always go out of their way to help.
The one star review is basic for the owner; however my experience with his workers is totally frustrating to say the least. One legal document was shipped via UPS to Italy last Saturday to be delivered Tuesday and today Friday still not delivered due to the customs forms were incorrectly filled. I checked with the worker helping me , if everything was filled correctly , answer, yes yes…. Be Careful with agency filling all customs forms.
