Ordered two items for winter and am a size large so ordered that size. At least 3 sizes too big. I work 6 days a week and sometimes Sunday. This company is hard to get ahold of they’re a mon. -fri. Operation. So a few months later I finally have a weekday off to get ahold of em. They stated it was outside their return window and there was nothing they could do for me.
