Fabulous service. Even when I used the wrong process for a U.K. delivery. The lovely Martin was able to recover the situation and get my parcel delivered to me in good time. Comms were excellent and costs reasonable. Thanks again for a great service.

I have used this service for years and I've never had a problem. The staff are very friendly and helpful which creates a nice easy going atmosphere. One thing I might change would be for very small packages (the size of a small envelope) could be cheaper to pick up, eg £1. Otherwise perfect.

I get quote for an big item, got 25.5£ offer for shipping which is great price, but after the parcel arrived to them, they told it's overweighted and got invoice about 95£. When the package arrived I measured and it's not that weight what they told, also they added pallets to package. It's almost 4 times difference (25.5£ vs 95£) and they didn't communicating almost 1 week after parcel is arrived. I'm disappointed with their service.
