I have used this store to send a UPS package with amazon prepaid labels. It never got delivered and this was the first time this happened to me! I usually send amazon parcels at least twice per month from UPS Store! UPS Stores are usually very nice, professional, and tape your package for free whereas here I’ve been charge for package taping!!! Very disappointed with the service
