I paid for two months of virtual mailbox service here and followed all USPS requirements (notarized PS Form 1583, valid IDs, etc.), yet my mail was withheld and returned because I was “not a registered business.” USPS does NOT require LLC/DBA registration for sole proprietors—this is their own made-up rule. Worse, the operator made racist and discriminatory comments toward my husband and me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs.
Over priced rude dishonest Was there today to buy an envelope and someone called with a question, and employee said he didn’t know any thing about mail . That employee wasn’t IN yet at 1:15 ? And there were 2 guys working and the other person was handling SOMEONES MAIL ! Avoid and report the rude uncooperative employees . Tried to mail a print back to Etsy .. cost 23 to get , $66 to return ? Go anywhere else .
