I've been using this business center for years, and they have been excellent. They scan in my mail in a timely manner, communicate well, and their print jobs look great. I actually needed some more fliers printed while out of town, and the other place did not look nearly as good. So I decided to wait and have the team here print more for me instead. Thank you for everything!

I had to get an important document notarized and return it via Fedex. I called this place because it’s conveniently located in west Bloomington. A very friendly woman who identified herself as Mary Jo answered. She said that the notary would be available all day. So I went there and walked in. No waiting in line, they greeted me right away. Extremely rude, condescending employees and manager. They're not upfront about rates. They charge $2-3 just to forward an envelope! Terrible value, awful experience. Skip them and get a UPS box instead—in your own neighborhood, instead of 50 miles away.

Conveniently located, but they constantly shut down 15-20 minutes early which is very frustrating after hustling over to send out a package and thinking I made it with a little time to spare only for them to be prematurely shut down.
