Over priced rude dishonest Was there today to buy an envelope and someone called with a question, and employee said he didn’t know any thing about mail . That employee wasn’t IN yet at 1:15 ? And there were 2 guys working and the other person was handling SOMEONES MAIL ! Avoid and report the rude uncooperative employees . Tried to mail a print back to Etsy .. cost 23 to get , $66 to return ? Go anywhere else .

I have used this establishment to dropoff outgoing UPS packages with a receipt. It is quick and convenient.

Very bad customer service. I called in to inquire about my mailbox status and was met with an immediate attitude. When asked to clarify what was missing from the paperwork submitted online. I was given even more attitude and the owner refused to clarify. I paid for 1 month of postal mailbox rental and online notarization of what was told was needed. Upon further trying to explain that they work for a 3rd party for leads and need to proivde customer service to land more business the owner stated "Go ahead im sick of ipostal".... read more
