I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable behavior of the mailbox owner Postal Connection at 16200 SW Pacific Hwy, Tigard, Oregon 97224, where I rent mailbox #2XXX. Recently, I purchased a shipping label from UPS in order to have my mail forwarded to a new address, as per the service terms which clearly state that the forwarding fee is $5, I paid for the UPS shipping fee already.
