Max is the owner. He lied to us and misled us, costing me $62. I asked for my shipment to go the cheapest GROUND by Fedex. He said it would and filled out the label himself. We found out after I left the store that he used a FedEx Express label. It was not sent GROUND as requested as he said it would. The shipment by GROUND, as requested, would have cost $15.77. I use this place often I send and recive faxes. Send overnight pkgs and more. Max is always helpful. They always seem knowledgeable as to shipping options (of which there are usually several) and i highly recommend them I am heading there shortly to pick up some faxes they are holding for me. My only criticism is that they are not open past 5:30 pm
