The illegal drugs that is being used in bldg 1100 and the leasing office has not take care of is awful!! After I reported it to them several times!!The speeding in in this complex with some many blind spots and not any speed bumps is dangerous!!!!!!! I moved to MAA Spring about 4 years ago and what started off as a great experience has gone downhill. I want to recognize Gary, Jamal, and Vance from the old staff — they were amazing. Unfortunately, since management changed, customer service has been awful. Follow-ups require multiple calls and emails, breezeways and corridors are dirty, the compactor and gates are often broken, and amenities are poorly maintained. My biggest issue was my AC leaking water for over a month, ruining my carpet and raising concerns about mold. ... read more
