Shalise and Nicole are so helpful and nice
Working with Shalise, Sheryl, and has been a pleasure. Their communication is clear and consistent, and they are always prompt, courteous, and efficient. It’s refreshing to work with a team that is not only reliable but also genuinely pleasant to collaborate with.
I have been living here for the last two years and the quality of the apartments have gone down drastically. I have mold in my house on and off since June. The most recent situation was in August and they have yet to come fix the solution. This is horrible and at this point not worth my money. All this money for them to do patch jobs for issues like this and for the issue to be in my toddler daughter’s room. I am still waiting for the property manager to contact me on the steps they are going to do to move forward.
Here, there are no cameras throughout the entire complex and I believe MAA should be more concerned about residents’ safety and install cameras inside the complex as well, especially when many times the gate breaks and it stays like that for days, 24/7, without being fixed, allowing anyone to come in, and not only could a car get stolen here, but there are also people driving as if they were on the highway, and if, God forbid, an accident happens, you wouldn’t even be able to see who was responsible.
