The Dr. Hall who has replaced Dr. Brazer is a very incompetent doctor and all for the money. I'm a disabled cancer survivor on a very low income. I brought my old dog in with a bad skin condition and very altered quality of life, being decided in my heart that if it was time for her to be put to sleep I would do it. I had already told Dr. Hall that I thought my dog had cancer. Instead, Dr. Hall gave me medications for her skin and a very expensive shampoo (total over $100). Dr. Hall is incredibly disrespectful, rude, and all around awful. We as pet owners haven't gone to veterinary school, we need things broken down. To call someone a liar because they don't understand disease process of dogs! That is unprofessional. I will NEVER bring another animal to this office. They are affiliated with Midwest Vet Hospital so be cautious when using either facility. They will team up against you and your pet!

Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have Were the waiting room chairs comfortable while waiting for your pet? Yes Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office? Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here. Would you recommend this provider to someone who asks for a referral? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

I am always seen right away & I feel confident in care my animals receive at this clinic. I have been coming to this office for about 8 years and I am pleased that the new VMD that took over after Dr. Sue Summers retired...is absolutely qualified to handle my 4 cats and 2 dogs.
