I've moved a few months ago and I've been working with Ms.Charmaine and its been a pleasure. She has shown great patience and eager to solve any problems I encountered. Shes truly a blessings to Mode; im aware of short staff in maintenance and she has been very transparent about the process. Thank you, Ms.Charmaine for always having great energy when i come into the office and doing your best to make sure im satisfied. ;)
I DID HAVE A FEW PROBLEMS WHEN I MOVED IN AND WAS VERY UNHAPPY. BUT WORKING WITH CHARMAINE SHE MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT AND GOT CORRECTED. I REALLY APPRECIATE HER STAYING CONSTANT AND PERSISTANT WITH MAKING SURE EVEYTHING WAS GREAT FOR MY MOVE IN. I HAVE NO ISSUES MOVING FORWARD.
I have been a tenant in a 1bd at the Mode for 3 months now, and all of negative reviews are true. The units themselves look fine with washer/dryer, high ceilings, and modern lighting but EVERYTHING outside of that is absolutely abysmal. The parking garage gate has never worked which leads to break ins/ stolen tires and raises the question as to why anyone pays a fee to park. They’re also making current residents and tours post 5 star reviews for damage control* I had an extremely disappointing experience with the leasing manager, Charmaine Fisher, at Mode Hyattsville. If you don’t fit her preconceived biases, you may not even be given the opportunity to fill out an application in person.
