RUNNNNN! Car break ins, car robberies, garage always broken, maintenance takes 10 years, no ac for 3 months... Fir alarm going off at all hours of the day randomly, elevator and hallways smell like dog piss, electrical problems from all the water getting into the building, $15 monthly damage waiver fee (basically residents are paying for the building insurance) on top of them requiring residents to have their own renters insurance, on top of the annual $400 amenity fee you also have a $15 monthly amenity fee. Absolutely the worst apartment building ever. They'll snatch your money without hesitation, but the second you need even a little flexibility -- like a day or two to give them a key because they can't deliver the service they promised -- they threaten to cut your locks and charge you for it. I've been stuck here almost three years, paying ridiculous rent on time every single month. Listen. This company is toxic and money hungry. They change the rules so much it doesn't make any sense. Parking has been an issue here for years as they try to tow cars as soon as they are parked using an illegal towing company that has been shut down already. I've lived here for 2.5 years and never had a problem with my parking permit. Other things? Absolutely. My parking permit? Never.
