They did a excellent job on their inspection of my car. They were respectful and polite.
Price switching. They don't give you a straight up number on price. We asked for Out The Door Price. We agreed to that Out The Door Proce. After we agreed, they said that price was after a $5000 down payment. We never mentioned we were going to finance it. They just used that BS to get us to sign. Crooks.. from manager on down.
They sold us 11k worth of extended warranty and maintenance packages to find out they don't actually cover anything. On top of that, they still try to bill you contained they do cover. Its a joke. Don't go. Sean account manager is a liar.
