He doesn’t pay me
I hired Brian ( post oak homes) for a second story addition on a duplex. He told me that he was capable and he had done similar projects. There were some complications bc it required adding a second water meter and another driveway ( both were in the architects plans). The project began in march and he assured me, it would take about 4 months, so mid to late July is what the calendar he provided showed as completion date.
