Currently at the Wilson Creek apartments in McKinney, Tx. I do have to say when it comes to rent they can be lenient and understanding but when it comes to professionalism and keeping up with paperwork no. Hard no. I have lived here since 2020 and i haven’t had an up to date copy of our lease since then. We came into the office three times to sign the lease for 2023! They have failed to give me a proper status of my application and a proper reason behind what the hold up is or why they would deny it. New management is unable to provide me with accurate documents reflecting rent and utilities due. They stated that they are having trouble providing these documents because they just bought the property. They also are asking for documents proving I paid rent before they owed this location. I am simply asking for a print out of rent and utilities so I can pay the current amount owed. They told me " you might not get charged for utilities this month or maybe you won't or maybe you will get double charged later" this is so conf... read more

In May, we had a leak from our ceiling in the bedroom (which we later found out was because of an issue with the construction), we reported it when they had the complex wide inspection and nothing was done about it until the beginning of July. They spot of water damage quickly turned into the paint on the ceiling splitting and plaster and water getting onto our bed. I currently live in one of their semi recently acquired properties. I am highly disappointed. Since I moved in it’s been issue after issue. When I moved in there was a crack on my window which took weeks to fix. Their maintenance had literally broken a pane in the apartment across from me and they took over a month to fix theirs which was ridiculous since it wasn’t the residents fault. VANDALISM AND NON- RESPONSIVE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. I have lived at one of their newly acquired properties since it opened. Unfortunately, when the property management changed the ALLIED- ORION group, my experience declined. First, my wheels and tires were STOLEN and my vehicle was left on bricks right in front of the office. The incident was unfortunate, but the response from the property manage was DISCRACEFUL. Horrible company. I rented from this company and the manager had me pay a double depost $1500x2 =$3000. When I moved they charged me for garage damage from Uhaul $1200. They then tried to say I only paid a $1500 deposit. They would not rent to me without a double deposit. I think the manager of Addicks Stone was stealing money. I have yet to get a response from them after calling and sending multiple emails. They sent it to coections and are refusing to remove it. Awful experience working with this company. I am a locator and they refused to communicate with me about my commission check that was more than 4 MONTHS overdue. It got so bad that I hired an attorney and was ready to sue. After threatening to sue, they finally started talking to me and 5 months later my well earned commission check was finally delivered. I plan to never work with this company again and will avoid their properties at all cost!
