These people are liars, incompetent, and hide information from you. The old management knew they were being bought out by a new company and did not tell us. They also raised my rent from $565 to $600 the first time my lease came up! Additionally, these people don't have direct deposit to pay your rent. You have to remember to walk down a check every month, or else you get a $50 late fee. Ridiculous. Don't DO it. See my full review at apartment ratings.com. Prices are jacked up each semester. I started at 499 and now pay 699.
Don't expect them to ever be open when their office hours say they will be. A few janky quirks (laundry door didn't like to stay on its track). But other than that, I've really enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly when they are there and the apartments have a screened-in patio/balcony, which is wonderful.
the tennents here are very rude and in your buisness with no reguard to others. they are ageist and they say to be fair they rent to younger people however they treat the younger one's like total dodo. as far as pets they will call the pound on you if they walk on the sidewalk. they had my cat of 8 yrs taken and my son (who is autistic) is still unable to get over that loss. i am just praying for the day we can move and leave it all behind! absolutly terrible place to live!
