I signed my lease April 14, 2023. I didn’t move to Houston until about two weeks later upon opening my front door, I saw a blanket of dead roaches by the door. I was completely disgusted. I immediately showed this video to the leasing office and wrote a lengthy letter to corporate because of this video they gave me a month free worth of rent but living there the time that I was living, there was not the best. Believe every bad review you’ve heard about this place. The management does not care about your apartment or any issues you may have. Like others, I had a roach infestation problem and I had to take my own measures to fix it. The management is incompetent and when lodged with complaints, they don’t do anything. I also had two packages stolen when I lived there and the fire alarms went off nonstop all the time. The parking situation for guests is also incredibly unsafe and strangers would be coming in and out of the building.... read more
My packages are usually stolen and Ive ordered DoorDash twice where it has been stolen from my front door within minutes, stolen bike. & crime, homeless people, and car break ins.
One word.. RUN.
