Unable to deliver K-1s on time.
Not very good at keeping up with the properties they own. Don't keep maintenance and landlord on property 5 days a week. Landlord is only available 3 days a week from 1-4 and no replacement maintenance for the property while normal maintenance is on leave. Garbage area continues to look like we live at the dump. The owner needs to show more interest in the properties he owns. Maybe he should visit the property 🤔.
