Great management! Maintenance is always prompt. Walking distance from King Sooper, parks and the University of Denver.
I'm a current resident here and I wish I could vacate this apartment soon. They say AC is included in rent but centralized AC Unit has hardly worked for few weeks this summer and I have been hearing from other residents that there are some or other issues with AC every summer. There are about 60 apartments in this complex and all together there are only 5 washer and 4 dryers. And, most of the times 1 or 2 machines will be down.
