Pay for location Pay higher prices for a mediocre building with poor service due to its great location. We've been here 3 months and we still don't have in-unit wifi access. Management has been "coordinating with their complex rep" for over 2 months now and no updates. Moreover the parking garage is always almost full and the spots are tight. Too many exclusive spaces for EV charging. Pros are the location and the community. The neighbors are all kind and respectful.

Mold & Roaches The location is beautiful, but the leasing office is a nightmare. I had a significant number of roaches. I also had mold growing on my vents which both the leasing office and their third-party provider allegedly certified by the state (Ally TurnKey) repeatedly denied even after I submitted third party reports certified by an accredited lab proving there was mold present on and in the vents blowing all over my bedroom. Location is what you pay for I lived at Post Harbour Place for 1 year and moved out before my lease ended. The garage situation is bad with very little guest parking and very tight spaces for compact cars. The front office is not very helpful and increased the rent for the final month on the lease. All buildings are very out of date inside the units while containing roaches as well as dog poop left in the hallways.
Roaches So many roaches stay away! I will be taking them to court as they find it habitable to live walking into 30 roaches a single night!!!! I have photos and videos and will be reporting them to the city as well as court!
Great location, new management disappointingly Place sells itself. Beautiful place on the water. Well maintained.Unfortunately the ownership changed hands and ran off the friendly leasing consultant. Just hope you never have a problem and enjoy your stay. If you do, good luck.

Increased Rent, Bugs, Contruction I have lived at the Post for Harbour Island for 2 years and am ready to sign a 3rd. My rent has increased over 20% since I first signed. I always pay my rent on time and am a good tenant (I'm not noisey, I dont' complain, etc.). Since I've lived there my AC has broke 4-5 times, where I had a to call emergency maintenance in the middle of the night (several times) sometimes taking hours before they responded. Excellent staff, service and property I lived at Post Harbour Place for 1.5 years. The office and maintenance staff were always prompt, friendly and helpful. They maintain the property and the location is great for active people to really enjoy downtown.
Off the bay My apartment is close to downtown so you can walk to hockey games at the arena or concerts or bars and restaurants. It's a great area to walk your dogs. You can also watch the cruise ships come into port or leave. There's also people doing activities on the water like rowing or paddle boarding.
