We’ve lived here for 8 years, and it’s such a good location! The management and maintenance staff are fantastic and respond to concerns quickly. Great proximity to uptown and easy access to the rest of the city via 77. Andrew has been particularly helpful as we consider transferring to a new unit in the same building.
Recently toured an apartment and Andrew was the leasing agent, absolutely loved his professionalism and the way he talked through the entire tour, extremely impressed with the way he took the extra step and initiative to explain the entire leading package.
Process was easy , very professional , wasn’t not stressful or gave a hard time …. Miss Keyanna help me and I’m so greatful definitely would recommend Update 9/4/2025: I been in this apartment about 4month and I had all good reviews untill I actually lived here first, first everyone rude has hell I understand security purpose but if you see the same individual everyday that living in the building why not open the door instead there rude and just add hole and think someone tryna rob them after seeing the same face 5x , the mo... read more
