Ice still in parking lot 3 days after snow even though no other roads have ice had to uber to work at the hospital for 3 days bcz I couldn’t get my car out. Update still horrible, my ceiling in my bathroom has been leaking for about 2 months now, right over the toilet and they keeps saying they fixed it and it’s still not fixed. My carbon monoxide alarm is dead and has no written replacement date on it, already contacted the fire department about it. MAA Gateway is located perfectly in the city with very helpful maintenance and an even more helpful leasing office. The pool is always well kept and the security in the building is solid with improvements occuring all the time which is very comforting being in a growing city. Keyanna and Andrew were very helpful in the process of getting my lease and communicating my needs and how MAA could fulfill them. Russell was great and fixed the problem quick
While living here, my favorite things were the views and the community. I especially want to shout out Keyanna, who always handled my requests with care and speed. She was consistently helpful, communicative, and made the experience that much better. Having someone who genuinely cares about residents goes a long way.
Great pool. Apartment was perfect for me. Had a one bedroom and it was crazy big for me. Just didn’t wanna resign, but great memories were for sure made.
