Maurice was so great when I had a plumbing problem on a weekend! He arrived quickly after receiving the call and handled the problem with efficiency and a smile.
Process was easy , very professional , wasn’t not stressful or gave a hard time …. Mr Maurice is an amazing member of the maintenance team. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel relieved to see him around the property becuase he has an eye for noticing work that needs to be done. His experience will solve a problem the first time around instead of just a bandaid fix. MAA residents are lucky to have Mr. Maurice.
