Absolutely by far the best roastery I have found yet. I'm in Wilmore, Kentucky and we order our beans directly from DOMA (all the way across the country, I know) because the quality is just superior to even some of the best local roasteries. I buy a 6lbs bag every month and now that I've discovered a way to buy directly from them instead of through an online reseller, I'm going to be buying more because I firmly believe in supporting a business that is at the top of their game and produces such a consistent quality product.

Health concerns! First of all dogs are not supposed to be allowed in the building, but I've seldom gone here without dogs being inside. Today there were 4 dogs inside. I've filed multiple complaints to Doma about this with no change. Today I also saw multiple employees pet dogs in line then proceed to prepare coffee without washing their hands. I spent some years buying from Trade, which is an excellent online site to test out a lot of varieties. Doma is the winner and now I buy from them since Trade does not have all Doma products. There are some other brands at the same level, but I try to buy mostly organic and Doma stands out in that category. Note that Doma's best for my taste is Carmela's which is not organic, but Lucia's and Columbia organic are excellent runner ups. I have tried many others that also are top notch.
