WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX AND MANAGEMENT!! We’ve contacted Assistant Office Manager Marina Mitrovic in end of May / beginning of June, 2023 regarding our new apartment since we were planning to move from another state and we had some requirements which we shared with Marina accordingly. This is an economy apartment priced like a luxury one. Old finishes, unreliable appliances, dirty carpet, damaged walls and a permanent smell in the laundry room. My unit had two separate roach infestations, and upon leaving I noticed roach shells in the cupboards again. If you're looking at unit #1089 in building #19 beware it's had history of roaches. This is not luxury apartment living!! (Check out the pictures, included, of the ready to move in. The walls are only patched, so don't think you will get a fresh coat of paint when you move in. The tape, spackle and paint were caked up and bulky. The blinds had cigarette burns on them. The bathroom tub was dirty and past the point of cleaning. This is not luxury apartment living!! (Check out the pictures, included, of the ready to move in. Don't think you are gonna get a fresh coat of paint when you move in, just patched. The tape, spackle and paint were caked up and peeling. Mold on window's because of the moisture. The blinds had cigarette burns on them, and the tub was disgusting. Today my car was towed for not having my handicap plaque in the rear view mirror. This is actually the second time my car was towed. I am renting a first floor handicap accessible apartment, and it just happens to be a handicapped space directly in front of my apartment. I moved in here back in February of 2022. I was excited to move here, as I was told Cary is very peaceful and apartments are very nice and modern. I chose Hermitage because it fit perfectly in my budget and pictures of the units looked beautiful. However, from the moment my brother and I moved in, it has been a nightmare. I have been living here for 8 months and definitely i do not recommend this place at all , for the price there is a lot of better choices, the staff at the office seem to not resolve any issues once you sign your lease you are so F...... . !! Be careful and compare to other places in the area before coming here! I have lived in many apartments over the past 10 years. This is by far the absolute worst one i have ever lived in. First, When i moved into my apartment the entire place smelled of nothing but marijuana and cigarettes. There were paint spots all over the carpets. I have never lived in an apartment where they don’t replace the carpet after each tenant. Not a great apartment experience. I have lived here almost 2 years and honestly it continues to go downhill. The unit itself is nice, there is a decent size gym and the pool area is large. Those are about the only positives. There are not enough parking spaces so if you come home past 10 PM, it is nearly impossible to find a space. There is constant construction that disrupts working from home and/or your Saturdays.
